9" Custom Printed Paper Cone Hat w/ Foil Tassel. Hat assembled and 15" Elastic attached using hot glue. Tassel attached with 1 staple. May combine up to 5 different logos to meet minimum/quantity breaks. Digital ready art is required. A free virtual proof will be sent for approval prior to running production.
