This notebook has a front cover of 30 point poly, and is foil stamped in one standard color on the outside front cover or blank cover with a custom insert sheet, printed one color/one side. Back cover is white 10 point coated on one side. Insert sheet is blank 100 Lb. white tag. Inside contains 50 sheets of 18 Lb. white tablet bond, with light blue rules on both sides and narrow rule spacing (no imprint available). It's coil bound on the top with square corners. 2 7/8" W x 4 3/4" L
